Have you ever wondered what it would be like to cook alongside an award-winning Celebrity Chef?

This unique opportunity allows you to cook with Aldo Zilli as he prepares an exclusive menu using the best seasonal and locally sourced fresh ingredients.

Your day begins at CASA ZILLI at 10.30am, with refreshments served on arrival. You’ll then meet Aldo and his team, followed by a short kitchen briefing which takes you through Health & Safety guidelines. You’ll receive your own apron and will be shown to your cooking station.

Chef Zilli will take you straight into making fresh pasta from scratch, with delicious Italian sauces. You’ll then continue with the fish course – learning how to fillet, prepare and marinate the fish of the day.

Once you’ve finished cooking, you can sit back and watch Aldo demonstrate making his favourite dessert.

You’ll then take your seat in the CASA ZILLI gardens (in poor weather conditions, you will be seated inside) and will be offered complementary Italian wine to enjoy alongside the food you’ve cooked.

The Masterclass experience should be finished by approximately 2.30pm. We recommend to book any taxi’s for 2.45pm, or there is on site parking available at CASA ZILLI.
