Hello foodies and welcome to the weekend. I shall be cooking something with fish today or tomorrow and making the most of great seasonal seafood such as the razor clam. They are really easy to prepare and very tasty, so if you spot some in your local market why not pick up a few and cook with garlic, chilli, a dash of white wine and parsley?
Today’s book is by an Italian chef, Luca Ciano, and is called Luca’s Seasonal Journey. Luca has been inspired, as I often am, by the 20 different regions of Italy and the culinary variations and specialities of each region, as well as what is in season.

Hello foodies and welcome to the weekend. As you know, this is when I like to entertain and spend time shopping, cooking and eating with friends and family.
After a fabulous trip to Saint-Tropez where I enjoyed dining at Le Club 55, I’ll be back home barbecuing this weekend and making some great salads to go with meat and fish.
