Hi and welcome to the Bank Holiday weekend and I hope yours will be more relaxing than mine. It’s going to be a very busy one starting from today with Foodies Festival in Brighton – do pop along if you are in the area.
Then tomorrow I will be travelling up to the Food and Drink Festival at Leicestershire’s Prestwold Hall, where you can see me doing cookery demos all day.
But now to this week’s book Everyday Seafood which is by one of my favourite chefs in the country, Nathan Outlaw.

Hi and welcome to the weekend. Now the weather is better, it’s time to do some outdoor cooking. In my case, I will be testing my wood-burning oven – and it won’t just be about pizza. I am going for a big, wild sea bass covered in sea salt and a bit of egg white, which I cook until it turns yellow, when you know it is ready to eat.
