Right now, I am getting ready to test all my recipes for tomorrow, as I am doing a demo at The Ideal Home Show in London.
Every spring I do this show, and it is a fabulous way for us chefs to connect with our foodie friends. I love to walk around the show and see the great new ideas. This year if you bring this magazine with you, you may be able to win the dish I am cooking, so come along and bring a copy.

Buongiorno to all of you reading this today. For me it’s been a very busy week and before I start I must say happy birthday to my favourite pesto brand, Sacla, which is celebrating 25 years being in the UK.
My favourite fast pesto recipe is made up of basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, pecorino and Parmesan cheese which you bash together in a pestle and mortar. The secret is to use the very best olive oil you can find.
