How long does the pop-up run?

Typically Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, though midweek options are available.

What size property is suitable?

Ideal for boutique hotels through to larger 4* and 5* properties with 60–150 covers per service.

Who handles marketing?

A joint approach. Casa Zilli provides branding assets, chef promotion, and social media support. The hotel activates its database and local marketing channels.

Is this operationally complex?

No. We design the menu and format around your existing kitchen capability.
