Hello foodies! This weekend sees the return of The Althorp Food & Drink Festival which is held at the stunning Althorp Estate in Northamptonshire – the home of Lord Spencer. I am very excited to be taking part in the event this year and you can come and see me there tomorrow where I will be doing demonstrations throughout the day.
On Monday I’ll be back down in London at the new restaurant from San Carlo – Fumo which has opened on St Martin’s Lane in Covent Garden. I’ll be cooking some of my signature dishes which are featuring on my very own specials menu. My particular favourites are risotto with lobster and black truffle and fresh tagliolini pasta with spider crab. We also have a robata grill at the new restaurant for cooking rib-eye beef.
